I just finished the foraging course in Linton, Yorkshire. I could not wait to express my admiration for the content of the course and Jordan McKeating. Jordan was excellent, a great public speaker, and always kept our interest; he was very knowledgeable. His teaching was full of anecdotes about plants, which are always interesting.
The food was brilliant.
We will definitely be recommending this course to our friends. We will book a mushroom one.
