This is a super rare opportunity, because Attila doesn’t like being photographed, filmed and especially he doesn’t like to talk on-line (and this is an understatement).

We don’t know how many times we can convince him to sit in front of a camera (we might need to tie him down) and talk about topics that rarely anybody can in a way he does, so if you don’t want to miss it, book now!

The courses will be about 2 hours (sometimes possibly a bit longer).

Part 1, April 16th: Turkey Tail, Maitake (Hen of the Woods), Sang Huang, Willow Bracket, Hoof Fungus
Part 2, May 14th: Reishi, Chaga, Birch Polypore, Redbelted Bracket(s), Shiitake
Part 3, June 11th: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Honey Fungus, Jelly Ear and Wood Ear, Enokitake

First, we are going to go through their mycological description, because there are too many misconceptions about the scientific name and origin of some of the species.

Then their biologically active compounds and their benefits, their traditional applications and their role in modern, evidence-based mycotherapy.

Then we will cover how you can make some home remedies for yourself.

Finally, the evidences behind the traditional usage and modern application.

Disclaimer: Please bear in mind that Attila is not a physician, neither a pharmacist, nor a nutritional therapist, so he won’t prescribe you a therapy, but he is going to inform you about both the traditional and modern applications of the selected medicinal mushrooms. In case you have any health problems, he recommends you talk to your GP, Chemist or nutritional therapist.
