This course is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be able to identify a selection of edible plants, fruits and mushrooms.
We will meet at Byford Court, Hereford at 11am for canapes and an introductory talk on foraging followed by an identification walk at the Weir Garden.
After a roughly 2 hour walk we will return to Byford Court for drinks and a five course wild food taster menu.
We will email all of you details of all the plants and mushrooms that we find to help you remember what you have learnt.
Byford Court is in Byford just off the A438, the entrance gate is opposite the church.
Please dress accordingly including suitable sturdy footwear as the event will go ahead regardless of weather conditions.
Alcohol will be available on this course so please arrange a lift/taxi if you will be drinking.
