Online Zoom Medicinal Mushroom Course
COURSE LOCATION
Day : Wednesday
Date : 16/04/2025
Time : 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Approx End)
Meet Point :
This online course is a super-rare opportunity, because Attila has never liked being photographed or filmed and he especially doesn’t like to appear online (and this is an understatement)!
We don’t know how many more occasions we’ll be able to actually convince him to sit down in front of a camera and talk about topics which rarely anybody else can, in the way that he does – (we might need to tie him down) – so if you don’t want to miss this chance, book now!
The course will be about 2 hours (sometimes possibly a bit longer). Timings for the live sessions are 6pm – 8pm, approx.
The medicinal mushroom species discussed in this Part 1 session will be:
Turkey Tail, Maitake (Hen of the Woods), Sang Huang, Willow Bracket and Hoof Fungus.
Firstly, Attila will go through all the IDs and mycological descriptions and identifications, clearing up the many misconceptions about the scientific names and origins of some of these species.
We’ll be discussing the biologically-active compounds and their fascinating effects and benefits. We’ll cover information about both their traditional usage and also their role in modern, evidence-based mycotherapy.
We will also talk about how you can make some home remedies for yourself.
This Medicinal Mushroom course will be hosted by Attila Fodi and facilitated by Marlow Renton on Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account to join.
Disclaimer: Please bear in mind that Attila is not a physician, or a pharmacist, nor a nutritional therapist, so he won’t be able to prescribe you a therapy. Instead, he is going to inform about both the traditional and modern applications of the selected medicinal mushrooms. If you have any health problems, he always recommends that you talk to your GP, chemist or nutritional therapist.
