This is a one off event with one of the UK’s leading figures in Mycology. Author of numerous books on mycology and entomology including the most comprehensive books on UK Fungi. Fellow of the Linneun society, and all round good guy.. The one and only Geoffrey Kibby!
A great communicator and wealth of Knowledge, there really isn’t anyone in the country we would prize more as a guest Mycologist!

We will meet at the The Retreat Forest Holiday Park at 11am. Our instructor Phil will facilitate the course and prepare all the lovely food. The course will start with a talk from Phil and an introduction to Geoffrey.
For your day we recommend you bring:
Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and footwear
Cup for refreshment during the walk
Plate and cutlery for the meal at the end of the course
Water/drink to stay hydrated
Camera, note pad & pen
Please let us know of any food allergies you have when booking.
