Surrey, Warlingham Autumn Foraging Course

This course is a simple foraging walk where we will identify a selection of edible and poisonous plants, fruits and mushrooms.

We will meet in Farleigh Common at the Harrow Inn at 12pm. The course starts there with a 20 minute introduction on what to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes where they relate to foragers.

After a 2 to 3 hour walk around the woods we will go back to the Harrow to discuss and taste our finds.

We will email all of you details of all the plants we find to help you remember what you have learnt.

We recommend you bring

• Warm protective clothing and footwear
• Camera
• Note pad/pen

Under 12 year olds can come for free, within reason; but please let us know how many will be coming in advance.

Drinks at the pub are not included.

Please note that 3:30pm is only an approximate finish time and depending on certain factors, the course could run until 4pm.
