Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the course on 20th June near Ripon.  Jordan was brilliant.  He was so good at teaching, but it wasn’t just that he knew a script – he was also ready to answer any questions and wasn’t put off by going off on a tangent – he knew anything we asked him!  He was approachable and friendly and we both really benefited from the day, and loved the food he prepared.
