Thank you so much for sending the course notes through.  We both had a wonderful day and learnt so much and this crib sheet will help us remember everything!  We were surprised to see so much in such a short walk, I was prepared to be walking miles.

 Jordan was great and had so much knowledge and was very good company.  His Hogweed & Cheese Tart was great too.  I have been recommending the course to everyone I meet.
