“We took part in the summer foraging course in the Peak District and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We thought it was very good value for money – based not only on the time that we were out walking but on the amount of information we were given and the food that was included. The instructors were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot, and we were surprised by how delicious and filling the lunch was that had been prepared from foraged foods.
